Welcome to Cuisinart Store. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, including any product browsing, account, cart, checkout, order, and customer-support features made available through it (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Site, and “you” refers to the person accessing the Site or purchasing products through it.
1. Eligibility and Account Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity conducted through your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it when necessary.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, customers, or third parties, or to address a violation of these Terms.
2. Products, Availability, and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to present product names, model numbers, features, images, prices, availability, and other information accurately. However, product images are for illustration, and actual color, finish, packaging, or accessories may vary. Unless expressly stated otherwise, measurements and capacities are approximate.
All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued, replaced, or removed without notice. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in response to suspected misuse, inventory errors, or repeated order problems.
3. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly indicated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are calculated at checkout or otherwise disclosed before order submission. You are responsible for all charges shown at checkout.
Promotional pricing, including percentage-off promotions, is available only for the period and products specified. A sale price may be shown alongside a crossed-out reference price. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated and may be modified or withdrawn before an order is accepted. If a pricing or typographical error is discovered, we may cancel or adjust the affected order and will notify you using the contact information provided.
4. Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order request but does not by itself constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted when the product is dispatched or when we otherwise send an express order-acceptance notice. Before acceptance, we may verify order details, payment authorization, address information, and fraud or security signals.
We may decline or cancel an order when there is reason to believe the order is unlawful, fraudulent, erroneous, duplicative, or cannot be fulfilled. If payment has already been captured for a canceled order, the affected amount will be refunded using the original payment method or another lawful method.
5. Payment
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method provided for the order total and any applicable taxes, shipping charges, and fees. Payment processing may be subject to the provider’s own terms and security checks. We do not store complete payment-card details on our own systems.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or cannot be verified, we may place the order on hold or cancel it. You agree to pay any valid charge associated with an order you place and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery windows are presented during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law and the applicable shipping terms. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or repeated delivery failure, additional charges may apply.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns and refunds are subject to the Shipping & Returns policy published on the Site. Products must generally be returned in the condition required by that policy, with any required components and proof of purchase. Certain products may be non-returnable for health, hygiene, safety, customization, or legal reasons.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed in writing. Processing times may vary by payment provider. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable cancellation, return, or refund right provided by applicable consumer law.
